At work we have a couple of groups that meet to sew, bead and have fun with other crafts. I have been making quite a few cards for their birthdays. Most of the birthday's I know but there are always those that take me by surprise so I like to have a few on hand just for those times.
I used the spinner die to cut a circle in the front and covered it with acetate. This makes the arrow spin more freely.
